How can I check my order status?

To check your order status on our website click on Account  the upper right-hand corner. You will need to enter your email address and password under Connect. Please note, order status is not available online for orders placed using guest checkout.

How do I know Longchamp received my online order?

A confirmation email will be sent automatically once the order has been received. In it you will find your order number and additional order details. If you do not receive your order confirmation within 24hrs, feel free to call Customer Service Toll Free at (888) 828-8081 to confirm that we have received your order.

You will also receive a shipment confirmation email when the item is dispatched from our facility, it will contain the tracking number of your package and carrier information. Please allow up to 1-2 business days to ship out Standard orders and 4-5* weeks to ship out personalized bags.

*Le Pliage Personalized handbags may be subject to an extended delay. Current wait time will be provided during checkout and in the order confirmation email.

How do I cancel or change my online order?

Personalized items: Longchamp can accept order modifications or cancellations within 2 hours from the time your order was placed. Personalized items will begin production after a 24 hour grace period, therefore, you have no right to withdrawal, modify or cancel your order after this time.

Standard Items: If you wish to modify or cancel your standard order, please e-mail or call Customer Service Toll Free at (888) 828-8081. Once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the order can be modified or cancelled especially if the parcel has left our premises. In the event that we cannot modify or cancel your order, please refer to the Return & Exchange Document included with your package.

What are the shipping costs and delivery lead time of my online order?

Personalized items: Our personalized Le Pliage bags are created at our workshop in France. We only provide ground shipping which takes approximately 4-5 weeks from the day you place your order.

Only GROUND Shipping Available: $25 CAD

Standard Orders:

Shipping Fees depend on the delivery option you choose:

Ground 5-7 business days: $12 CAD

Express 2-3 business days: $22 CAD

*Provincial Sales taxes will be determined by the ship to Province. You will NOT incur additional fees upon receiving your online order.

Processing times (not available on personalized items)

Express orders are given top priority and follow the following processing time:

Orders placed Monday- Friday before NOON EST will be shipped out the same day (excluding holidays) and if placed after this deadline will ship out the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after NOON EST will ship out on the following Monday.

Is signature required upon delivery?

For security reasons, Longchamp purchases over $1,000 CAD will require signature from the recipient when delivered. After the first attempt UPS will leave a door tag.

You then have the option to sign the door tag requesting the package to be left the following business day, or you can call UPS to arrange a pick up. If UPS makes several attempts, and does not hear from you, they will return the package to Longchamp. 

Does Longchamp.com deliver to P.O. Box, APO/FPO addresses?

At the moment our Canadian site does not ship orders to P.O. Box, APO/FPO addresses.

Does longchamp.com deliver outside of Canada?

Online orders from this section of the website must be made by Canadian residents for delivery in Canada only. If you wish to ship outside of Canada please click on ‘Country’ on our website’s footer. You will find the list of countries where our e-shopping services are available.

Are any items excluded from Canada shipping?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship exotic furs to Canada at this time. Additionally, Gift Cards cannot be ordered or shipped to Canada.

Can I customize my Le Pliage bag?

We can only customize items shown in the Le Pliage Personalized section of the website. In this section you can create your own leather or nylon bag by choosing your model, handles, colors, hardware type and monogram. We do not personalize standard Le Pliage bags or any previous purchases.

How can I retrieve my password?

Please go to the login section of our site and click on the Forgot Password link. Enter the email address that you used to create your account and click on the Reset My Password icon. You will then need to answer the security question to generate the reset link. An email with a temporary password which will then allow you to change your personal password under My Account.

What forms of payments are accepted at longchamp.com?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We do not accept international credit cards on our Canadian site.

When will my card be charged for my online purchase?

Personalized items: We will charge your credit/debit card 48 hours after your order is submitted. After this grace period your order is officially in production and cannot be modified or canceled.

Standard items: We will only charge your credit/debit card when your order is dispatched from our facility. Prior to this you may see an authorization on your card; these funds are kept in pending status until your order is shipped. If you have created multiple orders or attempts online there is a chance that you created additional authorizations. Any pending charges can be reversed within 24hrs by contacting Customer Service Toll Free at (888) 828-8081 Monday - Saturday between 9am- 5pm and Sunday 11am- 5pm EST.

  • Where are Longchamp products made?

Longchamp products are produced in France and abroad*, primarily in our workshops in the west of France: Maine-et-Loire, Mayenne, Vendee and Orne.  We pride ourselves in providing exceptional quality and each product is subject to extensive testing before being shipped to its destination.  All items must meet the same Longchamp quality control standards and are subject to three different inspections; two at the factory and one final inspection in France.

*Le Pliage Personalized bags are created entirely in our workshop in Segre, France. Our ready-to-wear and shoes are solely produced in France and Italy.

  • Where can I buy Longchamp products?

Longchamp products are available for purchase online, at Longchamp boutiques, select department stores and luxury multi-brand leather goods stores in Canada. To find your nearest retail store, visit the Store Locator.

  • Where does the Longchamp leather come from?

Our leather comes mainly from France, Italy and Uruguay. The process of choosing leather is very selective and we strive to use the greatest quality materials. Our treating modes and sorting criteria are exclusive to Longchamp and our tanneries strictly respect environmental regulations.

  • How do I measure a Longchamp bag?

For all Longchamp products, the dimensions are as follows: length x height x width, shown in centimeters or inches, depending on the country.

For Le Pliage, the length and width have been measured at the base (the length between the 2 bottom corners) when the bag is opened.  For personalized items, you will find the dimensions of each model presented when you select the bag size.

  • What are Longchamp’s authorized online retailers?

Longchamp operates one ecommerce site: www.Longchamp.com. The site address will vary slightly when the country is selected, i.e. us.Longchamp.com or fr.Longchamp.com. We do not have an outlet website nor do we recommend shopping at outlet or auction sites.
