If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to use one of the methods below to return your item(s). Full price merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery date. After this date, only exchanges or store crdits will be issued on current collection items. All items must be new, unused and in perfect condition.

CHOOSE A SHIPPING METHOD:
Method 1: Request a Return Label:
We are pleased to offer a more convenient way to return merchandise with a pre-paid, pre-addressed return label which will be emailed to you upon request.
* The cost of return shipping is $5.95, which will be deducted from your refund.
1. On our website www.longchamp.com visit the Contact Us section and click on Customer Service.
Fill out the form and choose Request a Return Label as the subject. You can also call customer service at (888) 828-8081 or
e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org. Our team will email you a UPS Return label.
2. Package the item(s) securely and use, if possible the original parcel.
3. Print and place your Return label covering the old one or by using a new box.
4. Drop your package at any UPS drop off location. To track your return package please keep the return label tracking no. and visit www.ups.com.
Method 2: Use your own Shipping Carrier:
1. Package the item(s) securely and use, if possible the original parcel.
2. Complete this form and include it with your item.
3. Address the returned package as indicated below:

4. Ship your return package using a traceable and insured shipping provider. *Please note, Longchamp is not responsible for customer returns that are not received.
